I know this is a long shot but does anyone know how I might find a yellow gold blue sapphire cluster ring that QVC sold in 1995? My grandmother and mother bought it for me for my 16th birthday and several years later, my ex husband stole it from me and pawned it. I don’t know if QVC has a way to buy old items from them or not. My grandmother and mom both have passed away and I would love more than anything to have that ring again. Unfortunately I don’t have a picture of it but I’d definitely know it if I saw it. Thank you for any information!

Try HSN. They have a lot of gemstone rings.Smiley Happy

@Kachina624  I know the one you're talking about, boy did they ever push that ring, it was presented every other day!

No it wasn’t a dome ring. But thank you for helping!

What does the calibrated ring look like? Do you happen to have a picture of it? 🙂

I would think it might be difficult to find that exact ring.  I bought many rings on HSN mostly during that time period.  That was when they were actually affordable.  Maybe you would consider a sapphire ring with 3 stones representing you, your grandmother and mom?

Ebay, ebay, ebay.  You will need patience, but if you do a search daily, one will eventually turn up.  You can do an email alert, but if you want it that bad, search daily.

I know which ring she means.  It was kind of domed and fluted, and it had a row of channel set sapphires in it.  And yes, they were calibrated.

I know people who have that ring and still wear it.

Re: 1995 Sapphire Ring

[ Edited ]

Before my time.  I didn't watch QVC in the 90's.  I didn't even know they sold sapphires.  I always assumed they sold semi precious gems. Didn't get in to QVC till around 2007.  I remembered watching ShopNBC before QVC.

I had that calibrated gemstone ring in both sapphires and rubies.  There was quite a bit of 14K and the ring was a good price.  Kathy Levine sold me both rings.

I gave the rings to my niece-in-law as her 2 girls were born in July and September.

@Deltagirl79   It was 14k gold with a slight dome and a line of tiny square cut sapphires in a nice medium blue.  I have one but it's packed away as I haven't worn gold since I retired 23 years ago.  It made a good "wear everyday" ring.
