Interesting question. My own google results seem to indicate that all these extra facets gain you nothing in overall brilliance over the mathematically optimum 58 facet round brilliant cut, and so it’s just a marketing ploy.
Quoting one site: “These exclusive cuts of diamonds don’t hold up well on the resale market either. They are harder to trade in because no jeweler wants to get stuck with them.”

Also make sure Q gives you the grade of the diamond. The few shows I have seen they do not.

If it's a diamond cut and QVC is the first or only to have it, that would tell me all I need to know.
If it was wonderful it wouldn't be offered first or exclusively at QVC.
