They have a way of recovering all your information if you lose your phone @kaydee50 . I accidentally threw mine away and I was able to receive everything I had on the phone with the exception of what I acquired within the last 24 hours due to not updating it.

@Puppy Lips Certainly not "chastising" anyone for not having a printer. But when people complain about how QVC isn't providing return labels a printer may be the answer.

She needs a return label to return something simply. The mail man that shows up at her house isn't going to scan a QR code. It's ridiculous considering that, despite what QVC would like their target audience to be, the folks who have kept them in business were not considered when a decision to get rid of the labels was made.
@blondegirl People have to keep up with the times. With technology. Or get left behind.
I recently was making a return to QVC and there was no return label online - thought they were emailing me one but instead they sent UPS to pick up my package. The UPS man scanned my package and gave me a receipt. That surprised me.
So who knows what the "mail man" might be able to do.
The mailman might be able to scan the QR code, but I doubt he would be able to print out a return label like the post office can.
This is a problem for some of the older or disabled folks at home that still do shop at QVC perhaps (gasp!😱) even ordering by phone.
@blondegirl , Unfortunately, your mother would have to call customer service and request they send her a paper return label (not a QR code) by mail so she could return. Or hopefully, you could help her with printing one out if you have a printer.
This isn't something just QVC has adopted. Many, if not most, online retailers don't include paper return slips anymore.
I think it would be great if QVC (and other retailers) gave us an option at checkout whether we want a paper return label included with our order.

It's not only customer service. QVC practices these days border on fraud. They advertise free shipping today. I checked an item yester day and it was $99.99 plus shipping and handling. Today it's listed for $104.99 and supposedly "free shipping". In my book that's deceiving the customer. I can't stand companies that think they can cheat their customers. This is fraud! Unfortunately so many stores have closed and in my area I am forced to shop online. Companies like QVC take advantage of this and need a reminder that without our purchases you will not exist!
