Gee, I remember the days when I use to enjoy Mally as a vendor explaining, demonstrating, selling her line. Times have changed, but I don't think for the better...sigh.

QVC gets a lot of very positive feedback on their social channels, especially IG and TikTok.
Given the choice between using feedback from an user forum or social media I'll take socials every day all day.
Getting feedback from this forum (where >95% of the demographics are exactly the same) or various social media platforms where millions of people from different walks of life scroll, can follow and buy is a nobrainer.
Assuming they do take feedback from here, it probably is a small drop in the bucket. Add in all the posters who proudly state they don't shop here or haven't in years and this place becomes very easy to ignore.
However, knowing that many posters here "don't do FB and never will" those posters wouldn't know that.

@aroc3435 I would think that if you sign up, you'll just get texts. They don't expect you to respond and, in fact, there probably will be no way to do so. I get texts daily from Ulta although I've never bought from a text. You should be able to go to your Mac and get the same deal. If not, they would lose my business as I don't shop or bank on my phone either.
@THEY CallMe Mr Wilkes I don't have an issue with new formats, using social media, etc. But, what I do take issue with is any company that wants to force me into only using those platforms especially for purchases. If they move away from TV, so be it. I won't be watching them on those social platforms and more than likely won't be shopping.
I do use Facebook, so I'm not one who is anti social media, but have no interest in TikTok or Instagram.
