It's been pointed out before, but "active" posters here are but a tiny, tiny percentage of actual QVC customers. I would bet even less than 0.005%.
QVC will never return to its "past" that some so covet. That's impossible in today's retail environment.

@InsideQ I am very happy to learn about this and just placed my first purchase from the link you provided for the Jenny Garth blouse in blue--the one with the crocheted details, size small, and using easy pay.
I don't use a smart phone--old flip style phone with the very out of date cumbersome texting to get a reply--hence I read texts only. I don't want to do any financial transations over a smart phone. I have an up-to-date Apple MacBook for that.
I use my cell to actually truly have a phone conversation--not "to and fro" texts.
Perhaps once you get this new Inside Q up and running smoothly you might consider offering an e-mail option for customers to receive informations about sales, discounts, new items for this venture.
Anyway, best wishes with this new initiative.

It seems like suggesting things to a brick wall that is determined to keep inventing new themes to talk about, all the while sales are going downhill.
To me what would be new is a "new chapter" from what made QVC sucessful in the past-
New and exciting, often innovative products, across all categories. Including fashion.
I remember looking forward to what they would present on Monday night fashions. They were pretty and flattering, and fresh and exciting!
Good prices that compete with other retailers, (don't mean boutiques in the Hamptons etc) including shipping and return prices, and the value that goes with it.
Non-obnoxious hosts, and management that does not prompt them to be that way by having them yell to show excitment etc, or talk about things they think will be relevant, which are not related at all to what they are selling.
Be a reputable company and tell the truth about products and stop selling ones that are known to fail, cause dammage, or not work at all.
And finally a tech department that doesn't earn a reputation for the most inept problem solving dept, especialy when the IT team is the one that keeps causing problems.
But I know so many of us have been saying all these things and more for years.

I buy 99% of my clothes from QVC and have never bought anything matronly.
Nor have I ever looked matronly.
Like Mally and her enthusiasm.
