The hotter the better. There was only one time I had a meal at a Thai restaurant that I almost couldn't eat. I ordered it at the highest heat level they had. My friend said the waitress was looking at me like I was crazy. Jalapenos are nothing more than a green pepper to me. I yell at the chefs that I watch when they remove the membranes and seeds from jalapenos. At least they add a "little" heat and flavor.

Not too much for me. Capsaicin makes the capillaries on my face flare up and turn bright red.

DD and I like heat/ spice in our foods. I add some but mostly we each add what we want and the amount ourselves. Both of us love Siracha.
