fleece sheets problem - anyone have this?

I have bought 2 kinds of fleece sheets; one set from JCP (sunbeam) and one set now from ebay (bed, bath and beyond brand of berkshire) - both times now i have had this problem so i know it must be the sheets themselves - after I launder them, the pillow cases specifically have a few patches of what looks like a burnt area to them!! - these areas are very faint to see, but you can feel them - now specifically i just bought a really pretty pale pink color so now i can see it even more - still i love these sheets, they are just unbelievably soft, but i was wondering if anyone else noticed this on their sheets also and what it was?
