I bought my house two years ago, and there are a few places on the dining room wall where the paint has chipped - most are tiny, but one area is pretty big, almost 2" X 2" and the dark green paint underneath seems to shout "look at me!"
I do have paint left over so I can do touch-ups, but if I just paint over the dark green, there's still going to be a fairly deep indentation where a few layers of paint chipped off. Is there something that has to be done to prime the area so it's smooth?
I'm new at all this stuff so I'm clueless!
