What is the best way to clean the one piece tubs. I want something that will not scratch it. A person that I had talked to had suggested magic eraser, but I figured that I would go on here and ask you nice ladies. You have always helped me in that past. And I always appreciate any suggestions that you give. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Try the Dawn and warm vinegar cleanser from Pinterest. It's been tested by several sites and they all verify that it works.

I use a large microfiber cloth and the cleaner listed below.

1/2 white vinegar

1/2 Dawn (blue) dish detergent

Mix in large spray bottle, works great.

This above recipe is what I use. However, it's not necessary to warm in microwave. Instead I just shake the bottle before using.

I think Magic Erasers are mildly abrasive, so I wouldn't use it on something that shouldn't get scratched up.

I use Scubbing Bubbles.....that stuff is amazing!! And I use a brush with a long handle as my knees won't allow me to kneel on tile anymore.

I'll use Bon Ami for any stubborn spots.

ETA......sorry didn't realize you weren't talking about ceramic tile and porcelain tubs.

I use this with a soft sponge or cloth. I wouldn't use anything abrasive without testing a small area first.

I have a large garden tub - I use bath oils daily so I have to scrub it with something that cuts the oil and I have found that the best for me is a magic eraser and just a splash of Mr Clean.

I would NOT USE the magic eraser. I just recently had quartz countertops installed in my kitchen and checked the instructions on one of these and it specifically said not to use it on granite, stone, etc.

I have been using a microfiber cloth and dish detergent in my new Kohler farmhouse sink with fabulous results. I bought some Scrub Daddies and have been using them with good results in my kitchen and bathroom. According to their instructions, they are safe on these surfaces.

Check with the manufacturer of your tub if you don't have instructions. Otherwise, I'd think a microfiber cloth with Dawn blue dishwashing detergent would be safe or you could use a non-scratching long-handled sponge made for tubs that you can get at Bed, Bath & Beyond.
