Many people slow down in colder, darker seasons.  In bright warm seasons we warm up and get more active.

This is much like hibernation and not unusual.   We also gain weight!  All of this is well documented.

@ECBG ...Yes, I am aware of what happens with weather changes..it was just a light hearted post.
