What are we supposed to be mindful of???  It's just a bedroom.  I think it's very attractive.  It's not my aesthetic but I like it.  Except for that chandelier, that's odd and it doesn't go with the room at all.

I need bed side tables so the room is a no. Where do those doors go to?

Re: What is the First Thing You Feel/Think

The first thing I feel is that the ceiling is too low.  Feels claustrophobic to me.

The first thing I think is that it's not a room I would want.  I don't care for the color, the wallpaper, or the bed placement in the room.

@lolakimono

I like the colors in the wallpaper, but I dislike the pattern. I don't like the the window treatments, (the color or the pattern).  I don't like the pink table at the front of  the room. And, although I love blue and white decor, and use it in my home, I'm not a fan of the blue walls.

I don't like the bed in that position. I would rather it was facing the wall with the doors, not being up against it. (I like to be able to see whose coming into my room).

But the things I disliked the most, (and this was the first thing I thought when I saw the picture) are the glass light fixtures. They look like giant amber colored Christmas balls. I'd be afraid they would come crashing down on me while I was sleeping.

I think it looks cozy and inviting. I love the blue as well and how it gives the room a cool and relaxing feel. The only downside is the yellow lighting. It looks very outdated and takes away from the beauty of the room.

I dislike evrything about it, looks like a spaceship hovering over the bed  the room is too open, and it creeps me out the location of the doors...my room is dark and I sleep where I can see the door opening..and my bed is on the floor because I am afraid of what might be underneath

My first thought was “Yuck”. Sorry.

On a closer inspection I can’t really find anything I like in this room except the caramel pillow on the bed, and it is just ok.
