I find the sprawling Victorians a joy to look at though I admit I don't particularly want to own or live in one. That said, they deserve better decor that this one got. No, they don't have to be filled with tufted velvet, marble and rosewood tables, bibelots and so on, but there is a middle ground and whoever decorated this grand old lady should have found it. Nice pool though.
