mixed thoughts on this..we had a contractor come in and we discussed removing the tub in my guest bath. Would make it a nice gravity walk in style.

 

I had a realtor come in to assess our home for a general idea of what to list it for. We talked about my idea -- she gave it a thumbs down. Boo! But, the reasoning on my end was we are in a gated over55 community who would want bathtub. I was only thinking for me personally my GD is 5 and has taken showers for awhile BUT I didn't think about perspective buyers with younger Grandchildren, etc.

 

So guess the tub stays!
