With turtlenecks I use a suit HH. I fold the turtleneck in half lengthwise and drape over the bottom bar of the suit hanger.
I have 2-3 turtlenecks per hanger. Takes up a bit more space, but it does the job especially when drawer space is at a premium.

I love HH. I have been using them for 10 years now. Nothing slips off and there are notheaps of shirts on the floor. My husband hates them & won't use them because he likes to grab a tee by the shoulder & yank it off the hanger-you can't do that with HH. The 1st ones I bought were from HSN then I bought many on Ebay & now I buy them at TJ Maxx, even though they are knock offs-I probably have 200 hangers & have only had 3 or 4 broken!

I have these hangers but still fold knits....do you think they help to keep your knit sweaters from growing.........I'd love to hang some sweaters, thanks!
