I'm always a fan of bringing the natural outdoors into the home.  Somehow this looks like a museum setting rather than a home, perhaps because of the accessibility to the area.  The table prevents climbing into the reading area.  But I love the vista, nature is the best view ever.

I don't think I would feel comfortable in that spot.  Sitting up against glass would feel strange to me.

@Bri369

Agree. Love the idea of a nook with an outside view for relaxing & reading, but I would not be comfortable leaning against glass with pillows.

I would raise the glass ceiling a little more and change the seating.

At night under the stars and moon would be nice.

I worry about leaks in one skylight - this might trouble me in a driving rain.  You really need staff to keep the windows pristine.

I like it for my Yorkie, Khloe. She would love it.

In my family - the only one who'd take advantage of an odd space like that ... is my KIDDENCAT  SHADOW - he'd make it his own.

@lolakimono  I do not like it at all.  I am wondering how I would ever manage to get to the window in order to read.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!
