Re: Stained Glass (Leaf) Window

that's beautiful, but i would prefer the clear panels at the top.

The panels look like the "stained glass" you can buy at Home Depot (in sheets that can be cut to the size of the window). In fact, I think they have that very design.   it is very effective at blocking out a view and pretty.

It's beautiful!

I like it. You can still see out the bottom.

Pretty...I too have seen the window film version of this.

It's a pretty window, but the rest of the space is beyond blah. Unless the view is downright offensive, though, I think I'd prefer the light and to be able to see outside. I'd use the pretty stained glass elsewhere.

Interesting,  this was tedious and difficult to do stained glass work, but not the kind of stained glass design I like!  These pieced shaped and curved designs too small and busy for a window.....NO!

Re: Stained Glass (Leaf) Window

At first glance, yes, pretty and pleasant, but it looks unfinished, like someone put a chair and plant there just to fill in a space without any forethought. It needs an end table and lamp to give this area function. A place to put your drink and light to see at night.

Beautiful stained glass windows can hide an unpleasant view or your neighbor's house.

Love hardwood floors...totally bare, no...an area rug here or I'd like to see the whole room to determine best placement.

With a few enhancements, I could spend a cozy afternoon there.
