I love the colorful exterior and all the plants. Do not love the kitchen or the price of $749,000. LOL

Wow, @Iwantcoffee ,  talk about sunny escape!  That open living room/patio with the bright lampshade and painting is so upbeat.  Like you, I'm not caring for the kitchen or the busy tile, but the mood of the place is so much fun.

The bedroom is a quiet refuge.

I love the quality of the light there....

That does look very San Juan!

Lovely for its location, but not much about it resonates with me as a forever home...

If I lived in San Juan, I would like this house.  However, I don't want to live in SJ Smiley Happy

@Iwantcoffee  As much as I love color, there is just too much of it for me.  I do like the bright sunshine and the home is probably perfect for San Juan.  A little pricey for me.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

@Iwantcoffee

Thanks for posting.

The colors work well in this setting.  I like the exterior garden spaces more than the interior rooms.

I wonder if the house might be in San Juan's Old Town historic district, which would explain the price.  The climate there is like living in a terrarium, just give me air conditioning.

Not being an "ocean person", I don't usually care for seascapes but I love the painting in the living room.

Great Vacation Rental (investment)  home but not a permanent residence for me.
