I keep looking for something to criticize.

Oh, I give up!

@just bee,

This made me smile.

This is the only house @Oznell,

that I've seen you post about where everyone loved it; all of it (except maybe the 3 pendant lights).

Just shows what is a truly a beautiful house, inside and out.

And it shows how we all have such great taste!Woman Very Happy

Re: SEATTLE DUTCH COLONIAL

[ Edited ]

I did a little digging and this home was renovated, the transformation is amazing. It was cedar color wooded inside before. What a remarkable job.  You can look up 618 highland drive, Seattle. Photos show before.  It is public knowledge. The local newspapers covered it, because of its historic value. I am in love with this home. 7-8 million.

What a beautiful home, inside and out. I love the entryway! Such a pretty bathroom too. I agree that the 3 large pendant lights in the kitchen are a bit too much. I also like how much light comes into the house.

This is another one that isn't my style but it is nicely done. My favorite area is the backyard with the water view and I'm obsessed with the free standing addition. I'd love a full size home in that style which is more modern than the dutch colonial main house

Lovely lovely home.   I'll move in this afternoon.

Saved the best photo for last that explains all the lovely high-end finishes and that gorgeous addition.

@wagirl ,  hey, thanks for identifying the V-shaped things as the stadium!  It's great having locals here who know the area.  I was squinting at them when I posted, wondering if I was seeing an airplane hangar, or Martian installation, or just what they were!

This is just beautiful! I do agree 3 large pendant lights is a bit much, two would have been plenty as they are very large.

Its a beautiful home though and its warm and inviting without being over the top and they used nice, soothing color palettes as well. Gorgeous!!!!

I'm definitely in the minority on this one. I'm not crazy about the barn like roof or exterior. I do like the grounds, stonework, addition, and view. The furnishings inside are very nice, but I need more color. The dark wood floors are beautiful. I don't like the huge pendant lights in the kitchen and would swap them out for something else entirely.
