Elegant sophistication.  The property in Seattle is outrageously high.  Tech industry has created that.  This has everything a person could want in a home.

I don't usually care for Dutch Colonials but this one is beautiful inside and out, as is the setting.

I like it---not alot of decor but nice and open .Huge house--- Like the dark woods and wood work and the arches--The last photo of the view--in the very background --the 2 v- shaped things--is Husky Stadium at the UW.

Oh Yes!

Just perfection.....agree with removing one of the pendants in the kitchen.

I love everything about this gorgeous home...the color scheme, the location, the curving couch and ottoman...all fabulous!
