If this were my room #2 would be an easy choice.  For me there was no questiion about what I would want for me.  The stripes ties things together and you also have the ivory you were looking for.  I remember the picture you have of the tiger and #2 would also complement the picture - design and color wise.  The color also makes a bright, cheerful room.

#4 is great -- very calming and adds some other colors for accents in the rest of the room.  Also gjves some warmth to the room.

#4...I think it coordinates with the comforter.

To me the comforter is not a great look with any of the rugs. The rugs are dustier more muted colors and far too traditional for the comforter.

I'd pair the comforter with a more comtemporary rug in a bold geometric pattern and not try too much to get an exact color match with it.  If you do, it will look like you just missed.  Go for a rug with more neutral colors, maybe a bit of bright color, and find pillows that blend everything together.
