Funny, we just got an estimate for replacing our tub with walk-in shower, hand tiles, not fiberglass, a new vanity, new toilet, and new flooring. We also have to replace the exhaust fan. The total cost? Less than $10,000!  I suppose it could rise if I pick over the top tile and go crazy with the vanity, but I'm pretty good at sale shopping! Oh, we also offered to wait until their slow period!
