Not a big fan of those dishes, but I can see how many would love them.

I don't use special dishes for Valentine's Day.

I do like red but used as a pop of color  --like the blue reds more than the yellow red. would be fun for Valentines day tho---mixed with the other "love" colors--then there is xmas and the patriotic times---red is good.

I decorate for all holidays, including Valentine's Day! Even just a few little festive somethings help the months & seasons go by!

While I don't use red in my decor or wall colors, I do like the 1st & 2nd picture design moreso than the third one which I don't like at all.

I don't like them, my kitchen and dining room have red as the accent color but those dishes are too busy for me.

I'd have to work myself into red slowly, I've never cared for it in decor, and even clothing items somehow bother me.  But, and this is really strange, we have purchased two bright red vehicles in the past.  One thing I'll say as a caution, I recently pulled out some blue willow plates I've owned forever.  Eating on that pattern really bugged me. I need my food on a solid color.  So the patterned red dishes are a definite out.  Guess I'd go for the napkins, in fact, I'm going back to look some more.

Very pretty, but I'd use plain napkins.  Red is my favorite color, but this is too much red and pattern.

I agree!!

I know that it is a 'thing' to have all this patterned stuff together, but it gets overwhelming for me most of the time.

I have a personal rule that if the dishes are patterned, the linens have to be solid and if the dishes are solid, the linens can be patterned.

I just need the balance and the simplification of it.

I think the top picture was to illustrate everything new that the Red Collection has to offer. Other pictures, like the bottom 2, separate the items into categories & their item #'s for ordering.(There are more pics at the Williams-Sonoma website for ordering.)

I think of the top picture as similar to what a bricks & mortar store display window might have to catch someone's attention. Some people might want to buy everything on display, some people might buy 1 or 2 items, and others might just look & not buy anything.

I am not a red person either.  Don't own anything clothing in red, doesn't look good on me.
