Re: Recessed Lighting In A Hallway?

When we remodeled, we had recessed lighting placed in every room and the hallway to the bedrooms.  The lighting can be adjusted to different levels and now Alexa can work her wonders with a command to turn off/on.  I love the recessed lighting and it is well worth the investment.

We use the wall plugs that have lighting coming from underneath. They are great at night! They are light sensitive so they are off during the day but as soon as it gets dark they turn on.

Thank you all for "enlightening" me. I see a rather easy project in my future.

@ID2

That's such a great idea!

My husband is a builder and I'm anxious to show these to him.

Not sure if he knows about them or does and hasn't mentioned them to me in fear of having to replace them in our homeCat LOL

Re: Recessed Lighting In A Hallway?

We are putting rescessed lighting all through the house. The hallway to the garage will have one. I have mentioned doing it in the two hallways to the bedroom instead of a regular light. We will see if we do that when we have a electrician walk through.
