Thank you for detailed info.  One more question:  how is the noise under those areas?  I have rec room under main floor.  I think it would cut down on dust, especially in THE MBR area but don't know if I am just hoping.

@Twins MomWell since I have the area rugs, it is not noisy. But I reckon it could be if you kept the floors bare.
