With very few exceptions, the Q gives Christmas a bad name...

I'll pick and choose very carefully the CIJ shows I watch, and it probably won't be many of them but there likely will be a few.

Hope there is new and exciting stuff this year!! It has really gotten hot early this year so by the time July rolls around, it will be a nice break mentally ( pretending that is is cool ha ha)

Today we had the hottest day of the year and although it's hot and sticky, it's not snowing. The cold weather stuck around to long for sure.

2 months of the sticky, hot weather and I will be ready. Today the sun felt great.

Hope the Q brings back some of the retro stuff like David's memories of a few years back. Valerie will be on with her live wreaths pre-orders. Hope there's a tree as the special of the day one of the 2 days. I'm looking for a tree this year. If Valerie brings back the iron chandelier with the glass tea light holders, one of those will be mine. Can't wait to see what Jill brings from Byers Choice and love the toys she picks for the kids. Maybe a cabbage patch Christmas set? Cross your fingers for me. I have a baby girl shower to go to in August.

For the past several years, I turn the ac so it's cold in the house. I set the table with my Christmas dishes (temptation snowflake pieces and snowman). I cook a turkey breast with all the fixings, bake some homemade cookies, make hot chocolate and turn on the Q. CIJ has become an event at my house. In July, CIJ- bring it on!

I love your enthusiasm! I like Christmas in July and limit myself to one or two things. Not in the market for anything special.

I usually love Christmas in July but not looking forward to it so much this year. A very close friend of the family who was like a father to me passed away about a month ago. He always spent Christmas Eve with us. I'm hoping most of the "sting" will be gone by December. Aside from that, all of my easy-pays will be paid off next month! I've donated so many of those things that I simply had to have that I'm trying my hardest to be very selective about what I buy. I do admit it will be a nice change from the Bliss Recliners, Dell Computers and same-old, same-old that they've been showing, though!

For those of you that enjoy Christmas movies on the Hallmark Channel, I read today that Hallmark will be running Christmas programs for a whole week instead of a week-end!

I love the Hallmark Christmas movies, and I love watching them in July.

Scott98 I can't wait for CIJ....sure it's been a loooooong cold snowy winter but that first humid day has me longing for this. Just hoping for new items and not the same old stuff....totally enjoy Jim Shore, Valerie, Flameless Candles and your Home with Jill....may I be the first to wish you a Happy CIJ .

I'll be watching, probably not buying as I have more than I can use (donate some things every year), but I love watching. It's a fun break from the heat of summer and the everyday programming.
