Add me to the list of percale-lovers. I think one reason that they are now so difficult to find is that they require some ironing and folks just aren't into that anymore. I did find a pair on a discount table at Bath and Beyond last year but have been on a search for more.

I'm also an LL Bean Percale fan. They were rated very high by someone a couple years ago, probably Consumer Reports since I have a subscription.
