It doesn't clash, but there is way too much of the pattern of the drapes, bed skirt and wallpaper.

Either get rid of the drapes or the wallpaper and replace with a solid,color. That room must have cost a fortune to decorate that way.  It had to be custom.

Why does the bed have the same pattern as the walls?  You get lost in the pattern and miss the appealing aspects of the room.  You're right the fireplace is nice.  It took a moment for me to notice the ceiling.  Is that a window treatment behind the bed?  It's all just a big NO from me.

That room is just silly. And what's with that portrait hanging on the fabric? It's so overdone that a British word comes to mind...TWEE.

The 1 and only thing I like in this room is the fireplace.

I like the Colonial style too.... but this is overwhelming.... too many patterns just way too much

When I put myself into this rm, I feel as if I were sitting on an anthill, all that pattern kind of crawling all over me. It manages to be both overly busy and dully monochromatic at the same time. What an accomplishment. I need to see some solid colors on the walls, or fabrics, or both. Please! Right away!
