I love this room, especially those plaid chairs! I probably wouldn't pick out those drapes, but I don't think they're all that bad. I'm not sure what the purpose is for those 2 chairs in front of the window because they sure look uncomfortable!

This is another winner for me.  I, too, am on the fence about the drapes (and even the plaid chairs in this setting), but I would live with it for a while to get a real feel before making any changes.  Lovely room.

I like everything about it.  Might not have been what i would have chosen.  I would have cooled the room off a bit with another sofa color/pattern but I think it looks great.  The plaid chairs are good looking.  I think everything is.  The sofa throws it all off.

This is definitely not my style but if it were, I'd have to replace and tone down the window treatments and the  rug.....they overpower the rest of the room.  I LOVE those plaid chairs though and I think they would look great with the different window treatments/rug.

With different furnishings, I love it! Especially love the window and all of that gorgeous wood.

Hmmm... I don't know, the only thing that doesn't read as traditional to me is the coffee table and I agree it needs to go... I'm not sure what style I'd label the sofa, but I don't really care for it... Most of the chairs lean toward English or French style, as do the little side tables...
