I don't care for it. Too much, looks cluttered. I prefer things spaced out, but it is about personal style and taste.

I never would have come up with that myself,  but I like it.   I think if it's done right, like the picture, it could really work.

It doesn't look bad, but I guess I don't see a point to it. I think I prefer for each piece to stand on its own, so I wouldn't do this, but if it works for you, why not...
