Organization

I'm pretty organized, but always looking for new ideas. What's your best organization idea? It can be anywhere in your home (including the garage!).

I have to say that mine would be folding all the sheets and putting them into one of the pillow cases. This way it looks neat on the shelf and everything is together. I think it saves space too.
