I am just limping through this Christmas season. I have bought two pre-lit 9 ft trees and 4 sets of pre-lit garlands. Only one item out of 6 still works. I store these in the large zipper storage bag I purchased from QVC. I pull them out and they don't work after the first year. The first tree lasted one year, and the garlands each one year. I had to replace all and now these replacements are doing the same thing.

This is a BIG expense and I am tired of testing lights and zapping (with the device sold on QVC) tossing them and re-ordering to have the same thing happen again.

Bethlemen lights has to get their act together to improve their quality; they are suppose to supply cities, commercial, etc. Do they all buy new ones every year??

Beware if you are buying these pre-lit items, their lifespan can be very short and you may nly get a couple of years use before you have to replace them. That makes them a poor value. If you've not had trouble, then you've been lucky.
