Love the setting. Love the photo. Of course, I'd put my own things on the desk and maybe have a more ergonomic chair--because I'd love spending a lot of time there.

Lovely.  This looks exactly like your title of the post.  In the days when a lady did not use a computer, but used beautiful stationery to hand write notes and thank you cards!

Of course, she had servants to do everything else Smiley Happy

I think it's a pleasant setting to bring out your laptop and enjoy fresh air and a nice view while you work Woman Very Happy.....

Pretty but it's not my style.  I wish we could tell what the view is out the french doors.

You know, it would not bother me at all to sit at that desk in my jeans and t-shirt and bare feet and do some work or clean up my e-mails and have a beverage--in a can like some fizzy water, with some apple slices and Fritos or peanut butter.

I love beautiful things like this, but doesn't mean I couldn't be me to live with them.  Why not?  I can dress to the 9's when I need to but I don't have to mostly at home.

I see this as part of a bedroom which may or may not be the same style or be very ornate.  It can be what you want it to be.   We don't know much about the person except for a desk and chair and a view--maybe of an Interstate highway. . .

@Sooner  I do get your drift and completely agree with you... But I do hope it's not an interstate highway...
