Do you think the newest ones (the Hudsons) will have enough light since they use votive-size candles? Your decorating sounds beautiful!

I know this wasn't addressed directly to me, but I have several lanterns and Luminara votives in them (that I picked out and put together myself, not a set like Q is selling) and the light from the votives is slightly less than a regular Luminara. Mine are dark, primitive style votives, so there is no light shining through the body of the candle. Didn't notice whether there was any 'body' light in the TSV ones, though, and that would give more light than the ones I have.

Please don't think I only want input from one person!

I would love any input from anyone and I appreciate this!

In the presentations, I thought it looked too dark inside those lanterns when they turned down the studio lights.  I think the when the body of the candle doesn't illuminate, it greatly diminishes both the overall brightness of the light as well as the illumination of the structure of the lantern.  The purpose of any lantern is to intensify the power of the flame and create a glow that encompasses the whole lantern.  I didn't see that happening with these.
