Unless one of my Luminara candles has caught the Coronavirus, I don't understand a "clicking clacking" noise.  This is a new candle, wondering if there is a way to fix this or if I should send it back.  I have several Luminaras & have never had this happen before, thanks!

I would send it back. These are relatively expensive. Send it back and ask for a replacement. Mine doesn't click or clack.

@BornToShop   I would try a fresh set of batteries, and if it doesn't fix the issue, return it, they are way too expensive to get a defective one.

I think the wick isn't sitting on the wire correctly.  Do you have another you could look closely around the wick and see if this one looks different.  You can pull on the wire.

@GCR18, I will try that.  I have had Luminaras for years & have never had this happen.  I will end up sending it back as the other posters have advised if your suggestions don't work. Thank you!

@BornToShop  Even if it works, keep an eye on it.  You still have the 90 return period.
