It's a nice kitchen if that's your style but would not say it's my dream kitchen. It seems very dark. I also hate white cabinets.

I am not a fan of white cabinets or farmer sinks. We have a septic and a garbage disposal. The builder put them in, which I think he wouldn't have if it were against some code. I wonder why she says she can not have a disposal due to having a septic tank.

It is not my decorating style but it is lovely. I can always appreciate when others put thought and care into their homes and show pride in what they have done. It is certainly warm and inviting.

puppy lips, we have a septic tank also. You wouldn't want all that kitchen waste going into septic. I don't know if it would do any harm other than filling it up quicker.

We have been talking about having our kitchen cupboards chalk painted. Our kitchen is traditional oak, 20 years old. But the catch is the woodwork. I think it will have to be painted as well. Lots of work!!
