I would change the style of the two couchs and take out the brass table for round one.

Round two would grab the ceiling fan.

    Restricted to two just pieces, I'd have to take both sofas out of there. I don't like what's left, but at least that relieves some of the congestion.

   Even the ceiling bothers me!

Not fair!  only 2 items, how is that possible?  I know my reply isn't "items" but I'll take the chance anyways .. 1/2 of the room & the other 1/2 of the room.
