I know!  A bit much for a 'cabin' isn't it? I thought so too, That's what they called it in the article.

calling it a cabin lol. Uh huh. Like what the rich folks call cottages-million dollar+  luxury homes on the high banks of Lake Michigan in Petosky and Traverse City. But "cottages" because they were originally "our summer place Up North", not too fancy, back in the 1920s. The opulence and prices came later.

Ok I'm picturing my tuxedo cat Stanley Cup shredding the rattan and caning on the chairs. Until it becomes fringe. Haha

Hi @stevieb     I just love this house!  I really like brightness and big windows in a home.

I am an ocean girl but would settle for a lakefront and you had me at the screened in porch..........just perfection.

I'm not a cabin girl, but I like this one a lot! As others have already posted, I probably wouldn't call it a cabin. 😉

I would change the chandeliers, but overall, I can't really find anything major I would change. Very nicely done. I like  all the windows, the furnishings, and the colors they chose. My favorite room is the great room with fireplace.
