Previously, I posted our Spring flowers.

These are the flowers that have bloomed in June.

There are pink Hibiscus, Iris, salmon Geraniums, yellow Begonias and pink New Guinea Impatiens.

I also switched out my Spring door wreaths for my Summer wreaths.

For the front door, I made a grapevine wreath with blue Hydrangea and little vintage spun cotton birds with real feathers.

On the back door is a multi color floral wreath from Balsam Hill.

I'll add more Summer flowers, as they bloom.IMG_2121.JPGIMG_2111.JPGIMG_2153.JPGIMG_2152.JPGIMG_2112.JPGIMG_2198.JPGIMG_2107.JPGIMG_2156.JPGIMG_2155.JPG

So very beautiful.  I love the combination of blue, pink and yellow in the garden.  It's just so sweet, so striking and yet perfect.

Beautiful and I love the floral wreath!  I have Begonias in banister pots around my patio wall and I also have Salvia's (red and purple) also in banister pots along the same wall. I will never buy Salvia's again, I have to water them every single day ! They wilt every day unless I water them and today looking out my patio window I see a squirrel sitting on my patio wall pulling leaves off the Salvia and eating them !! He was having lunch and went from one pot to another, I scared him off but I know he will be back ! Also the Salvia flowers attract ants! I started breaking off the dead flowers so more would grow and a bunch of ants started crawling on my hands ! Yuck.

@Enufstuff  Your June flowers and wreaths are so beautiful Smiley Very Happy! I love all of the vivid colors of the different flowers and the bright green leaves surrounding the big blossoms in each planter.  I can tell that your plants are very happy and strong plants! Smiley HappyHeart  I want to find a lipstick that's the exact color as the pink hibiscus. The irises are such a  dreamy blue violet color. Such romantic peachy salmon geraniums.  The yellow begonias are so cherrful with such a radiant sunshine yellow color.  The Pink New Guinea Impatiens remind me of a Bare Minerals bounce and blur blush i have in the color "Pink Sky".

Your handmade blue hydrangea wreath with the birds is so charming- especially wiht the two adorable birds perched on the wreath!  The multic color wreath is such a summery burst of color- really pretty! Thank you for sharing such beautoful photos- they made my day Smiley Happy.

@SportyShorty07   Thank you so much. My husband takes good care of the plants, watering just about every day.

He cut both the front and back lawns this week and I caught him climbing a ladder to trim the bittersweet vines

that grow by the back of the house. At 86 years old, I have begged him to keep off the ladder. I have no control over him, worse than an ornery teenager. And don't get me started on how he works for hours on end in the heat and humidity. I try to impress upon him how dangerous it is. At his age, he shouldn't even be outdoors in such weather.

My son will trim the vines, but he works late every day and my husband is so impatient. He wants everything done, yesterday. He can't stand for everything to not be perfect, every day. I don't put any demands on him.

He does it to himself.

I love that color pink of Hibiscus, it is my favorite.

It would be a lovely color for a lipstick.

@Goodie2shoes   Critters do attack plants and we had squirrels

eating the geraniums. I got red pepper.

Squirrels do not like red pepper. If you have a dollar store nearby,  get the least expensive red pepper and shake it on to the plants. It should deter them.

When we get suet for the birds, the squirrels devour it. We got the suet with red pepper and the squirrels won't touch it.

There are sprays for ants, but if you don't want chemicals, you could probably find something online, to

use to repel ants.
