I returned mine.  The bottom lock worked fine but the top lock was very sticky and really was not working like the bottom lock.  It was definitely defective.  I could figure out the wringing out process but replacing the mop head was impossible.  I could not get the clip to go back in place once I removed the head.  I wanted to like this product but it didn't work out so I'm going to see what else is on the market.  Oh, and the mop when wet is a bit too heavy IMO.

I will show you in a clear and concise way how to get the most out of your Miracle Mop. From mopping and wringing, to removing and replacing the mop head. It's pretty simple once you know how, and with the self wringing system and the amazing braided head, it really is the best mop out there!
