I say Joy last weekend.  I had never seen the miracle mop.  Is the mop as good as the movie shows.  I am thinking about buying one at Bed Bath and Beyond.  Is it worth it.

On HSN's community forums they are calling it Joy's "Flop." The comments are that it is awful. I almost ordered one but changed my mind at the last minute. I think there are other posts about it here too.

i ordered one, along with the bucket and an extra mop head. i am getting ready to get all three again. i want to use one for wet jobs and one for dry jobs. i love it and have had no problems with it at all. read the directions on the mop head, view the videos provided on hsn, and there is another video available on youtube with instructions.

No one loves Joy's products more than Joy. There are 3 worth buying imo: the reading glasses , the huggable hangers and the "my little steamer". That's it. My sister had the miracle mop and didn't like. Expensive to return as well.

Culebra, It would be best to read the reviews before you buy it  - they haven't been favorable. Also, many have said that the review stats have been "changed" - deleted many of the 1* reviews.  If you do purchase one and go to BB&B, use your 20% off coupon & make sure you can return it in the event that you don't like it.  I did purchase the HSN TS Mop, but I haven't been able to try it yet - family, work, events & activities - my schedule is really off the chart this month..... yes, I am taking a few minutes out of my really busy schedule to check on the Lunchtime Specials and check for new posts for Linea - WEN - Josie Maran, however, I will have Friday morning open, so I will try it out then.  What I am most unhappy about, at this time, is that the hype made for the TS for the mop and then a few days later it is available everywhere for the same price or less w/ a coupon and NO shipping and handling charges.  HSN & Joy should have included in their special for the HSN customer a free extra mop head (or a free bucket) and free S/H .... and yes, both HSN and Joy's company will be getting an e-mail about my dissatisfaction of what they did.  If you buy it, I hope it works for you.

I was at Target earlier today and they had a whole area with only Joy's products.  They have always had a few things there, but this time they had pillows, her mop, hangers, scent sticks, steamers, make-up bags, etc.

I haven't actually mopped with mine yet, but straight out of the box, with no directions I had no problem with it as far as wringing. Not sure why so many had issues figuring it out.

Macy's also is now selling some of Joy's merchandise.  Target and Macy's don't offer everything as HSN does, and of course they can't offer sets and tremendous variety of colors. However, for those who like to see and touch before buying it's long overdue for Joy to branch out into brick and mortar.  I was startled that her Memory Cloud pillow is $100 FOR ONE at Macy'sWoman Surprised! That's double the HSN price.

Do not buy this mop, you will only return it. I had purched 2 of them, the bucket and the extra mop heads, all went back to HSN. The mop is a nightmare to work, it is combersome, heavy, hard to work and stays wet for days. The bucket was well made but huge and even 2 gallons of water was not enough to rinse the mob out properly. I myself could not put more then 2 gallons in this huge bucket because I was unable to lift it afterwards. Also taking off the mop head was so hard to do and even harder to put back on, my husband had to do that for me. Go on HSN and read the reviews for yourself and see why so many people like me wrote a negative review.

There was another thread here about that mop.  I found it unacceptable and returned it, as many other HSN customers did. Heavy, difficult to work, oversized handle, complicated, poor instructions, etc.  As for the 2 gallons of water, we are on water restrictions here, and those two gallons could sure be used somewhere else around here.  I just got the Dan Aslett mop and like it a lot.  It takes just enough water to dampen the small, flat mop head.
