@stevieb I like white (not ivory) cabinets but this is just dull, dull, dull. I need some color in my kitchen.

I read an article last week that said white kitchens are on their way out, but who knows. I like ivory. I'd like to see at least a little color in this kitchen. In the new-build I moved into in April I chose ivory cabinets on the top and blue on the bottom, but people are turning to various colors these days I guess. It's nice that we have so many options.

I love it!  I find it soothing and relaxing.

The nice thing about a neutral like ivory, is that you can keep it monotone as is or change it up with accessories  for a dash of color when the seasons or holidays change.

So not me; I like the warmth of wood tones in my home.

I am not a fan of white and stainless.  I prefer natural wood and black appliances.

When you go to the store to buy them the sales person will advise you to do stainless.   They say it will add to your homes resale value.  This may be true but I plan on living here for who knows how long.  I don't want something I don't like.

My opinion is get what you like.  You will have to live with it so why not get what you want. Who knows by the time you move on something else might be in fashion.

I’m not a fan of the gold trim on the cabinet doors. I love white, but you need contrast. The counter tops, and back splash would do it. It’s too one note.

While I prefer color, there is something  appealing with this ivory kitchen.  It has a calm feeling and I like it.  However, I would probably find a way to add color!!!!!
