Is this a library or antique store?  Center tree like thing looks like it's holding vintage books.  Notice the old handbags on the table, old furniture in the background.  On the right there are 4 old, vintage, chairs sitting in a row. 

 

The type of window and wall on the left and right reminds me of something I'd see in a very old building in a small quaint town in Europe.
