There are some changes that could salvage this room.   I would welcome this in an enclosed glass sun porch overlooking a pool.  There would be only one wall of the lime green or even better, paint it white.  I'd switch out the clam shell for a clear glass bowl. This room requires a lot of light and not four walls of the green wall color or it could be claustrophobic/garish, but in the right setting with major changes....lovely.
