Very festive but I'm glad I don't have to undecorate some of these heavily loaded trees, pack and put it all away.  I suppose they pay people to do though.

I do love that red door.  It was made for Christmas.

@stevieb  It is all so lovely, but the trees speak to me.  I love traditional trees, with ornaments collected through childhood, generations and hand crafted.
@Kachina624 is right about the red door. Love!

@stevieb  The one bugaboo for me is the awful mirror.

Normally the bed would be too much but I love it for Christmas. Wouldn't mind sleeping there on Christmas Eve!

I feel the same way...however since it looks so magical, I like to think that Santa's elves do the work.  I'm never going to have such ornate decor so I will just imagine.

Love the bed with the decorated headboard, (Christmas cards were a surprise but a pretty one), crisp white sheets with the red velvet coverlet and shams. The pillow, gold box, even the lamp and table decoration are perfect.

I also love the red door. The pictures are lovely and cheery!

Those Christmas trees are beautiful!  What I especially love is the picture of the little shops all aglow with holiday lights.  I can just imagine shopping in those little stores and finding the perfect little, unique gift that will have special meaning for the recipient.  Something like an antique locket, or pocket watch, a special edition book, or some other little treasure.

Christmas-y as all heck, and I bet the interior trees and bed with greenery on headboard are in houses without cats.

@stevieb

Thank you for the lovely post, all so charming, so magical and so holiday.  Only to stroll the streets of Austria, Germany, France and London for one more holiday season and have access to all the money I need for holiday shopping and donating to my favorite charities, especially.
