I like the use of neutrals with a bit of black. It's a very nice room, but the furnishings aren't my style. I prefer something less formal, and I need more color.

The paint choices are soothing and serene, and the millwork and ceiling  -- just lovely. Don't care much for the decor, though.

I love the sconces on the wall for lighting; however, this room is too formal for me.

I wonder if this is in a home.  It looks more to me like a relaxing area in a hotel lobby where people could be waited on while reading or something.

This is a beautiful formal room. A bit too  much on the walls for my liking but I love the neutral  colors with black.

This could be my Formal Living Room in my vacation home in Paris...in my dreams.
