@jubilant   Sorry no picture for me. Only the small square where a pitchure should be.

@jubilant    Oh Wow!  I would bet my last dollar that these were 2 separate houses if I didn't see the article.  My mind is blown sometimes at what people can do with an ordinary brick ranch house.  Wish I had the money to hire them.

@jubilant , thanks for posting.  I am going to be doing a big edit on our property, consolidating gardens, removing some trees, etc.  It will be a slow process and we have already begun.  I love what they did with the exterior.

On the tree removal, shade is a big consideration for me.

Great job on this house.  It is small enough that minimalism is a good thing. LM

What a charming exterior renovation, @jubilant !  The porch, gables and dormer add so much character.  I love that that site gives such detailed information, right down to the specific paint colors used.  Makes it so enjoyable.

The exterior is lovely. Just a really nice update. Inside, not my cup of tea. Nicely done, but just not my style and the overall black and white scheme throughout just falls flat for me. Some nice elements, but overall, I'd want to redecorate. I have no idea how they came up with the notion of that being a farmhouse.

I like most of it but of course would change a few things.

I really don't like when brick or stone is painted over. That and the lucite stools stick out as 2 things I would change. I love the paint colors.

WOW!

I wonder how much money they are making on all the affiliate links contained in the post???

I bet they have more than paid for their reno.

I clicked on several of the links out of curiosity and yes everyone one pays them.

You will notice it often says "for a similar style click here"  meaning we did not use this item/product but we found something similar that will pay us a commission.

I don’t like this. I’m not a fan of the exterior changes or the interior black & white design. The elements added to the exterior look just that - added. They don’t seem to work together seamlessly to me.
