I am looking for a decorative pad/cover for my couch.

I don't want to tuck anything, and I don't want to cover the back of the couch.

I only want some sort of pad where we sit.  My dog likes the couch and I am having it cleaned in a few weeks.  I would like to purchase a nice fabric cover to lay down on the seat couch...when I search all I get is items that need to be tucked and have a back.

I guess if I don't find what I want I could buy a twin size top sheet, but that is not what I want.

I think maybe I am using the wrong words to search...any ideas are appreciated, thanks.

When I had dogs I did have something like you are describing, it is probably sold in a set though but not sure what it was called.  I will see if I can find it.  I think I have seen them on qvc also.

Search Kohls under sofa slipcovers or pet slipcovers.

There is, or at least was a style similar to the ones Q sold.

If you want custom, check Etsy. I've been doing much more shopping there lately.

@Mom2Dogs We bought a PureFit Reversible sofa cover on Amazon.  It worked great for when we needed it and it doesn't cover the entire couch.  It is water resistant , non slip and washable.  Also comes in a lot of different colors.  Just put "Pure Fit" in the search bar.

@Mom2Dogs We have leather furniture at home and with the cats we are wary of the nails so I keep blankets/throws folded and just lay them on the couch seats. I change them with the seasons. If someone is coming or shows up it only takes a minute to pick them up, fold them and toss them in the basket that I keep in the family room.

We have the same thing. I just buy the inexpensive throws from Kohls and put them on the couch. Easy to wash and don't take any effort.

@Mom2Dogs   How about one of those things people lay across the foot of a bed to keep the spread clean from feet or pets.  Or how about a lightweight rag rug?

Check the Surefit website. Also, Target used to carry some surefit items as described. Have you checked Q for this? I think they sold something similar in the past.
