There are no reviews for it.
Does anyone have pros and cons, please? I have tried 2 X with the Air Innovations brand and IMO, not good at all. I was spoiled in our other home with a central system with having moisture when needed.
Any and all input, please. I think I want the white color. It seems the black is the most popular color choice.
I honestly believe Carolyn could sell cow manure without a bow, to me.
Thank you

HoMedics makes LOTS of humidifiers, so you might want to check out reviews for those to help you decide. It won't tell you for sure, but might give you a ballpark idea to help you decide.
Humidifiers are tricky. You mentioned not liking Air Innovations. My favorite humidifier is an Air Innovations that people seem to either love or hate. I love it so much I bought 3 of them. I've had one for over a year and it's never leaked, always works, and never been a problem. It has many 5 star reviews, but it also has many 1 star reviews from people who say it leaks, doesn't work, or stops working. The same is true of reviews I've read for HoMedics humidifiers. I think it depends on many factors. Mine warns in the manual that it won't produce vapor if the water is too cold. The only time it didn't work, it was right by a window on a very cold night. I added some warm water and moved it away from the window and it worked right away. I live in Texas, where the temperature drops below 25 degrees maybe 2 nights a year and is more like 37 on a cold night. My heat isn't always on and I don't have a fireplace. When the heat is on less often, my humidifier easily gets my bedroom to 60% humidity (I never set it higher) and can keep it over 40% on nights when the heat is running more often or set higher. If I had to run the heat all night, I think I'd need 2 in my bedroom.

This is apparently a brand new model, from the "exclusive to QVC" notation, so you won't be able to find a direct review now. The fact that it has a built in hygrometer to tell you what the humidity is, is a nice feature, but a simple device doing the same thing costs $10 at Target & Wal-Mart.
I recently bought an Air-O-Swiss humidifier at BBB. It was $100, so $80 with coupon. For my medium sized bedroom I can run it at about 50% for 18-20 hrs without filling it. It uses 2 separate filters, to be replaced every couple of months (it came with them), and I have seen zero residue - no white powder, etc. i will have to buy at least one set to get me into the Spring, but I won't have to worry about lots of gunk. The only thing I don't like about mine is that I have to carry the tank to the kitchen, turn it upside down to fill it, and fit it back on the base. A bit tricky. I'd recommend a top filler just fore more ease of use. I love having one. I've never used one as an adult. I've almost completely stopped coughing, no postnasal drip, and my sinuses are clearer.

Oh, I could have bought a $30 one. I didn't want a bare bones machine that would quit on me or leak. I read a LOT of reviews from several sites, and the odds were high that the cheap ones don't last long, or leak. I went for middle of the road. Sturdy, top of the line humidifiers are over $300. I didn't want to invest that much at this point.
