H191794 was the TSV about a month ago. I purchased 4, and had to return 3 because the timers were defective. The reviews are full of complaints about the timers.

The lanterns are beautiful (I purchased the red) and I would have ordered more it the timers would work!

My question is about the 4 star rating for this product. I can't figure out how this product rates a four star review with all of the less than stellar reviews posted. the percentages don't seem correct. There is a definite defect in the timers, and the 4-star rating just doesn't make sense to me.
