Help with ordering Buy one get one 1/2 off at Kohl's

I am trying to purchase two 16 piece sets off Fiesta dinnerware from Kohl's online. They are running a buy one get one 1/2 off, but when I put 2 sets in my cart, the second set isn't half off. Is this common on their site. Will I get the sale price even though its not showing?

A few things to check...

Are your sure the sale applies to online orders and not specified as "in-store only"?

Do you need a coupon code?

Is there a minimum purchase to trigger the half off?

It might not show up until the actual checkout process. (if it doesn't, you'll know before you submit the order)

Last resort, call CS and do the order over the phone. If you do this you'll lose any rebate if you're going through Ebates or Mr. Rebates.
